At Paw Estate, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping time
We ship to customers across Europe. Estimated delivery times:
Western Europe: 5–10 business days
Eastern Europe: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at pawestate.eu@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue promptly.
Multiple suppliers
Orders containing items from multiple suppliers may arrive in separate packages at different times.
Please note that some orders may be shipped from suppliers located outside of your country. Customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your location and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking information will be provided for each shipment separately. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at pawestate.eu@gmail.com.
In case of any shipping issues, damaged items or missing packages, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
